Courtside Events – Terms & Conditions

1. General

By purchasing a ticket or registering for any event hosted by Courtside Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all participants, spectators, and attendees unless otherwise stated.

Courtside Events reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication.

2. Event Participation

  • Participation in padel events is at your own risk.

  • You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to take part.

  • Courtside Events, its partners, venues, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the event, except where required by South African law.

  • Proper sports attire and footwear may be required by the venue.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Courtside Events reserves the right to modify event formats, schedules, venues, or participant structures where reasonably necessary.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or force majeure), Courtside Events may postpone or cancel an event.

  • If an event is cancelled by Courtside Events, participants will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A credit towards a future Courtside Events event.

4. Late Arrival & No-Shows

  • Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Late arrivals may forfeit their spot without refund.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Photography & Media

  • By attending a Courtside Events event, you grant permission for photographs or video footage taken during the event to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.

  • If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify event staff in advance.
