Delivery, Shipping & QR Code Access

• Courtside Events tickets are digital products and no physical items will be shipped.

• After successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code.

• The QR code serves as your entry ticket and may be scanned at the venue for access.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is provided at checkout.

• If you do not receive your QR code email, please contact Courtside Events prior to the event.

• Courtside Events is not responsible for entry issues caused by lost, deleted, or shared QR codes.
