Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are NOT refundable within 24 hours before game day.

  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours before game day may be considered at the discretion of Courtside Events.

  • Approved refunds may be issued as:

    • A credit for a future event, or

    • A monetary refund (less any applicable booking or transaction fees).

2. Transfers

  • Tickets may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Courtside Events and before the 24-hour cut-off.

  • Transfers are subject to event format and availability.

3. Weather Policy

  • Events will proceed unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

  • Weather-related decisions are made in consultation with the venue.

  • No refunds will be issued for weather discomfort if the event proceeds as scheduled.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Courtside Events is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
